Ben is the Invest Local Worker working across several communities in South Wales.
Ben has almost 20 years’ experience within the third sector, over this time he has worked within and managed many community projects. He has worked on outreach and detached youth work projects, established, and managed a staffed adventure playground, led a children’s Play charity delivering community-based play opportunities across two Local authorities.
Most recently he has been working at Valleys Kids to develop a purpose-built eco-residential centre to further their residential work with children, young people, and families. He is a qualified Youth and community worker and Chair of Governors at his local School.
