Jo is Chief Executive of Valleys to Coast, a stock transfer Housing Association based in Bridgend.
A qualified accountant with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles across the public and third sectors. Skills in leadership, strategic planning, financial management and corporate governance.
She previously worked as the Director of Strategy and Corporate Services at Social Care Wales, a national regulatory and improvement organisation for the care and support sector. .
Jo is also a passionate Board member of Bridgend College.
